Which Standard?

I'm starting to see a lot of web applications developed with Firefox in mind.

Now, thats okay for some people. But so is developing apps with Internet Explorer in mind.

"Many people use [insert popular browser]... We should use its nuances to our advantage!"

So instead of being totally standards compliant... its Firefox standards compliant! 

When I have my ASP.NET developer hat on, I make sure my websites behave appropriately in IE, FF and Opera. 

I personally use Opera as my primary browser (using it to write this post) and it suprises me that so many "totally compliant" sites written by the OSS community dont behave as they were designed in a totally compliant browser.

So... here I am. New to this whole 'blogging thing.

Mostly, this is going to be where I review gadgets I buy and document alternative uses for them.
Though, I will occasionally talk about things happening in my life...
But mostly the gadgets.
